Description
MINIMUM CHARGE 5 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.Occupancy - Four people. There is a double sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating for four and dining table under a chandelier and four chairs. Upgraded in 2022 with new high-end sofabed and chair.
Balcony - The private balcony is not overlooked. It is sheltered from the sun at breakfast time but is bathed in sun during the afternoon. Upgraded in 2022 with new high-end two chairs, coffee table and a 3-seater couch.
Kitchen - Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle. Upgraded in 2022 with new kitchen fan, hob, oven with grill and larger fridge with freezer.
Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double bed, ceiling fan, safe, fitted wardrobes.
Bath - Large bath, shower and WC.
Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without a doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

October 2023 - The apartment was as described good and clean well well-kept location is good just a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Cyprus Lettings website layout is good and easy to understand the booking process was simple and quickAugust 2023 - Listing exactly as described and accurate. Lovely pool area. Easy check-in and great communication. I would definitely recommend the property. The air con works well and the apartment stays relatively cool. Fab restaurants within easy reach particularly enjoyed Billys Bar and Michael's House.
August 2023 - The property manager provided good service and would definitely stay here again. The brilliant location and facilities matched the description.
November 2019 - The apartment is exactly as advertised and was perfect for a cheap week away it had everything you would need for a self catering holiday and very clean. We followed the instructions on the laminates and everything was easy to sort. The complex is in a great place an lovely walk down the harbour and your in the centre will defiantly return using the Cyrus Lettings Group.
October 2019 - We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Limnaria Gardens, wonderful location and everything is within a short walk, bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely pool well maintained we had gorgeous weather for the whole week. Plenty of choice for eating out as we did every night. Brilliant bus service running from the Harbour, Coral Bay was a great day out for us enjoying the beach there. We will definitely return to Cyprus and Limnaria Gardens. The Cyprus Lettings Group were efficient with emails and updates and the late checkout was a great help to us.
September 2019 - Arrived to a very clean apartment. Having booked several apartments on the complex, we were not disappointed. The access instructions were very clear, and the apartment was in a good location. Would recommend to family and friends.
March 2019 - The apartment was exactly as advertised. The instructions on how to get there were perfect and how to access apartment, and how to use all appliances clearly laid out We would have no hesitation of returning to complex,( although we would have liked to have pool facing apartment) or recommending the complex.
July 2018 - The apartment and site was exactly as we expected due to the information given. We would rent the apartment again and offer it to friends. It would of been easier if we had 2 sets of keys. Over the 2 weeks that we were there we went to numerous restaurants and all were very good. Nice to have very good WiFi, safe in bedroom and good TV reception. Having the pool beds marked up with the room number was a great idea. Nobody had to fight for beds in the morning.
July 2017 - It is the first time we have stayed on this complex and we loved it. Have been to Paphos many times since we got married here 12 years ago . The position of the complex is fantastic with only a 5 minute walk to seafront, 15 minute walk to habour front and 15 minute walk to the triangle. The pool area was fantastic and having 2 private sunbeds meant no towel run in the morning. Will be using this place for sure again and have told friends and family how good it is
