MINIMUM CHARGE 7 NIGHTS - You can select fewer nights but the rental rate will remain the same. If you are booking fewer nights than the minimum remember to add an extra night to your dates if you need to check out later than 11am on your day of departure.

Balcony - The large balcony, equipped with a table and four chairs, is part-covered and has mountain views. The balcony is sheltered from the sun at breakfast time, and is bathed in sun in the afternoon.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, grill, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom - Air-conditioned, double, fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC.

Parking - Ample off-road parking is provided.

Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and is, without doubt, one of the best complexes in the whole of Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. The apartment has 2 private sunloungers.

September 2023 - Good apartment clean and spacious. Easy booking and website good to use
October 2022 - We have rent this apartment many times and are very satisfied. The pool area is beautiful and it's a short walk to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping.
August 2019 - First stay in this apartment and have already booked to stay again next year. Had an issue with the light in the bedroom, but was dealt with very effeciently when we phoned the Property Manager. It’s in a very quiet area so was very peaceful. I would recommend the Atrion restaurant which is walking distance from the apartment. Overall a very nice apartment and would recommend it.
October 2018 - Nice, clean and well equipped apartment. There are pools for all ages. Only 3 - 4 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. We strongly recommend the beach promenade and it is perfect for a romantic walk in the afternoon. We love Paphos and Limnaria Gardens.
July 2018 - The apartment was very well equipped with what we required to allow us to enjoy our stay. Clean and tidy. Location was good and in walking distance to all amenities, beaches, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Marina was lovely, beach beds comfy reasonably priced with safe. Many restaurants to choose from and really good and reasonable in price.

October 2017 - It was our 4th visit in this apartment. We love it, and will be back next year. The owner has installed WiFi in the apartment and it is very important for us. When we arrived late Saturday evening we feel very welcome. A lamp was turned on, towels was arranged on the bed. But best of all the apartment was very clean. All over. Thanks to the housekeeper. Limnaria Garden is close to all our needs. Bars, restaurants, shopping and beach is only a few minutes walk away. Perfect.
October 2017 - This was our first trip to Cyprus. We really enjoyed staying at Limnaria Gardens. We were very impressed with apartment and the facilities include the pool area. The location was ideal from the harbour. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was fantastic to have access to a washing machine too! We had a great welcome and service at the Evis Bar. We made friends with the bar staff and regularly visited this friendly venue throughout our holiday. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at Michael's Tavern. Both of these establishments are located very close to Limnaria Gardens. We will certainly consider re-booking to stay at Limnaria Gardens. Cyprus Lettings have provided a great service too, which started from the beginning of booking our holiday. Thank you for everything.
